In order to join our vendor network we review the following from each prospective vendor:
- Quality of work: We only work with vendors that provide high quality work and craftsmanship in their field.
- Fair Market Pricing: We only work with vendors that provide competitive, fair, and transparent pricing.
- Timeliness: In order to provide our tenants with prompt service, we ask all vendors to make communication within 24 business hours for non-emergency and immediately for emergency repairs.
- Commitment: By partnering with vendors who take personal pride in their reputation and prioritize face-to-face reliability, we ensure every concern is met with genuine urgency. This commitment to accountability allows us to consistently uphold the high standards our properties—and our clients—deserve.
